今回のプロジェクトでは沢山の人の力や支えを必要とするし、
私の頭の中にどんなイメージがあって、
どんな店を作りたいか。どういう美容師（人）でありたいか。
差し当たって人に伝えるとき、
昔から大好きなこの詩を紹介する。
これがコンセプトだと言っても過言ではない。
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and
the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics
and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to
find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a
healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know

しばしば、そしてたくさん笑うこと。知的な人々の賞賛を得るとともに子供に
もすかれること。正直な批評家に認められる と同時に不実な友人の裏切りに耐
えること。美を楽しめること。
他の人々の良い面を見出せること。死ぬまでに次のうちのどれ かを実現して、
世の中を少しでも良くすること・・健康な子供 を残す、皆が喜ぶような小さな
庭を作る、社会の姿勢を少し正す、あなたが存在したために誰かがたとえひと
ときでも心が休 まったとしること・・これらを以て成功したと言う。
